CARGO

What we ship

We move both ordinary goods and product ranges that not everyone accepts — precisely because we can close the documents for them. Batteries, dietary supplements, radio frequency modules and food products do not clear customs without permits: we obtain them ourselves, as part of the service. Below are the ten categories we work with most often, and what is specific about each.

Cargo categories

Bulky cargo

Furniture

Light bulky cargo — you pay for volume, so it is almost always sea. Crating for glass and fronts, inspection before departure.

High value per kg

Electronics

High value per kilogram — air freight is often justified. Declarations of conformity, radio frequency modules, supplier checks for counterfeits.

Consolidated consignments

Clothing

Sea or rail. Repacking from factory boxes into compact packages saves volume. Fabric composition labelling for customs.

Seasonal goods

Footwear

Boxes eat up volume — repacking delivers real savings. Seasonal collections are planned 3–4 months ahead for sea freight.

Heavy cargo

Auto parts

Dense heavy cargo — you pay for weight, so sea and rail work best. Regular repeat consignments, different HS codes across product groups.

Out of gauge

Industrial equipment

Machine tools and production lines: securing inside the container, supporting documents, delivery to the shop floor.

Permits

FPV drone components

Frames, flight controllers, cameras, motors. Radio frequency modules and batteries included — we close the documents ourselves.

Dangerous goods

Batteries and portable power stations

Lithium batteries are cargo that not every carrier accepts. We move them with correct documentation and packing.

Permits

Dietary supplements and nutraceuticals

They do not clear customs without sanitary documents. We assemble the package ourselves — for you it is part of the rate, not a separate quest.

Food group

Tea and food products

Phytosanitary and sanitary documents, labelling requirements. We ship officially, with a full package for your accounts.

What is not on the list

We do not carry temperature-controlled cargo — we have no refrigerated capacity, and moving frozen or chilled goods without it would mean putting the client's cargo at risk. If your goods do not require temperature control but are not in the list above, get in touch: the list covers the most frequent enquiries, not the entire range we work with.

If you are unsure which category your cargo belongs to and which documents it requires, describe the goods in your enquiry. We will tell you straight away whether we can move them, which papers are needed and who prepares them.

What all the categories have in common

Whatever the category, the consignment is assembled at our warehouses in Guangzhou, Beijing, Yiwu or Hong Kong: suppliers deliver there, we receive, weigh and measure every package. Where required we inspect the goods before departure and consolidate orders from several factories into one consignment. Transit times are the same for everyone: sea around 70 days, rail 35–45, air from 10.

The rate is calculated for the specific cargo — what it depends on is set out on a separate page. We fix it before departure and do not recalculate on arrival.
