Dietary supplement shipping from China
We ship dietary supplements and nutraceuticals from China together with the permits — without them this category does not clear customs. Delivery and documents in one pair of hands: we arrange both the carriage and the permit package, so the cargo does not sit at the border waiting for paperwork. Consignments range from small trial batches to regular supply. We do not carry temperature-controlled products.
Without permits this category does not move
Dietary supplements do not clear customs "as ordinary goods": they require permits, and without a completed package the consignment stands at the border. That is the main reason not everyone takes on this category — moving boxes is not difficult, but very few can assemble the documents to go with them.
We do both. Preparing the documents is part of the service: depending on the product's composition this means a declaration of conformity, sanitary documents or state registration. Exactly what your product needs we determine before departure, from the composition and the label, rather than finding out at the border.
An important practical point: checking the composition before purchasing saves the most money. Some ingredients mean a product either cannot enter Ukraine or can only do so with considerably more difficulty — better to know that before paying the factory, and we check it at the outset.
How work in this category is organised
You send the composition and product description
Composition, dosage form, label. We determine which permits this particular product requires and tell you before you have paid the supplier.
We prepare the documents in parallel with the supply
The permit package is put together while the goods are being produced and shipped. The aim is for the documents to be ready by the time the consignment arrives.
We ship and clear customs
Sea around 70 days, rail 35–45, air from 10 — to suit your deadline and budget. Customs clearance goes through with the package complete, with no pauses to "bring the papers".
What we do not do: temperature control
We do not carry cargo requiring temperature control. If your product needs a cold chain — probiotics with a defined storage range, liquid forms that cannot take heat or freezing — we are not the right partner, and it is fairer to say so straight away than to put the consignment at risk.
Standard forms — capsules, tablets, powders, sachets in sealed packaging — travel by the usual modes. At the warehouse in China we check that the packaging is intact and add protective packing where needed: in the food category a damaged box means a write-off, not a markdown.
Consignments: from trial batch to regular supply
There is no minimum consignment. The typical path in this niche is a small batch first to test demand, then regular supply. Documents issued for a product also cover subsequent consignments of the same product, so the second and later shipments go through more easily than the first.
If you buy from several manufacturers, we will gather everything into one shipment at our warehouse in China — consolidation gives one set of transport documents and one rate instead of several small ones.
