Product purchasing from 1688, Taobao, Alibaba
You send us a link to the product, we pay the Chinese seller from our own account, receive the parcel at our warehouse in China, check the quantity and completeness, and ship it to Ukraine. You need no Chinese bank card, no account on the platform, no knowledge of the language and no separate intermediary for payment.
Why buying directly usually does not work
1688 and Taobao are China's domestic market. They do not accept Ukrainian cards, do not calculate delivery abroad and do not communicate in English. In most cases a seller on 1688 will simply refuse to ship anywhere other than a Chinese address.
Alibaba is formally built for export, but it has its own bottlenecks: minimum order quantities set by the manufacturer, prepayment to the account of a company you have not vetted, and complete uncertainty about what will arrive in the box.
Purchasing through us removes both problems at once. You do have a Chinese delivery address: our warehouse. We make the payment from our own account. And the goods pass through our hands before shipment.
How it works
You send the links
From 1688, Taobao, Alibaba, JD or from your correspondence with the supplier. You specify quantity, colour, size, configuration, everything that matters.
We prepare the invoice
It covers the cost of the goods, domestic delivery within China to our warehouse, the purchasing fee and the estimated cost of delivery to Ukraine. You see the full amount before, not after.
You pay, we buy
Payment goes out from our Chinese account, so the seller sees an ordinary domestic buyer. If needed, we can fund the purchase with our own money and wait for settlement.
The goods arrive at our warehouse
Guangzhou, Beijing, Yiwu or Hong Kong, depending on where the seller ships from. We receive the parcel, check it against the order and record it in your personal account.
Checking and handling
Recount, photographs, repacking if required, reinforced packaging, labelling. If you need a full quality check, you order a quality inspection.
Shipment
Sea: 70 days. Rail: 35–45. Air: from 10. You choose the mode, and the rate is fixed before departure.
What happens to your goods at our warehouse
Goods from different sellers arrive at one warehouse as separate parcels and travel to Ukraine as a single consignment. That is what consolidation means: you pay for one shipment instead of five.
At the warehouse we receive and recount the packages, check them against your order, photograph them, open the boxes and inspect the contents if required, repack the goods into packaging that will survive the journey, and apply your labelling. All cargo handling takes place in China, at the stage when there is still someone to file a claim with.
Purchasing is the entry point, not a separate story
Most clients come to us for purchasing and stay for logistics, and that is a normal path. But it is worth understanding the scale: delivery and clearance often weigh as much in the final landed cost as the platform price itself.
So we calculate not "how much it costs to buy the goods" but what they will cost at your warehouse in Ukraine, including freight, customs clearance and documents. How that figure is built up is set out on the page what your rate depends on.
