One partner instead of four contractors: money, procurement, customs and delivery inside a single company. You decide where we pick up your task: some clients need freight only, others need the whole chain from finding a factory to a warehouse in Ukraine.

Financing

Purchase financing

You pay a 25% advance payment, and we pay the remaining 75% to the supplier from our own funds. The rate is 2% per month, and no interest accrues for days when we delay delivery.

Payments

Money transfers to suppliers

We pay factories, trading companies and 1688 sellers from the Chinese side. The exchange rate and the fee are known before the transfer.

Protection

Cargo insurance

Optional: from 2% of invoice value, compensation up to 100%, no deductible. Terms are known before shipment, and we handle the claim if the cargo is damaged.

White import

Official import with VAT

We import goods under your legal entity with a full set of documents. VAT paid at customs goes into your tax credit.

Supplier sourcing and verification

We find a factory for your product range and check it before you pay any money.

Purchasing

Product purchasing on 1688, Taobao, Alibaba

We buy goods on Chinese platforms on your behalf — including from sellers who do not work with foreigners.

Control

Quality inspection

We check quantity, condition and conformity with the order at our warehouse in China — before shipment, not after arrival.

Warehouses

Consolidation in China

We assemble one shipment from several suppliers at our own warehouses in Guangzhou, Beijing, Yiwu and Hong Kong.

Customs

Clearance

Customs clearance

We clear cargo through our own and partner brokers, or bring it to the terminal for your broker — the logistics rate does not change.

Documents

Product certification

Declarations of conformity, sanitary and phytosanitary documents, state registration of dietary supplements. We handle it in parallel with delivery.

Export

Export declaration in China

We arrange it even when the supplier has no export licence and you have no documents for the cargo.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order only part of the services, for example delivery alone?

Yes. We take on the task from the point where it starts for you. Some clients need freight only; others need us to find a factory, pay for the goods, consolidate the shipment, clear customs and deliver to their warehouse. Both options work.

What are the delivery times?

Sea — 70 days, rail — 35–45, air — from 10. We choose the method together, to fit your deadline and budget, and the rate is fixed before shipment.

I already have my own customs broker. Is that a problem?

No. We will bring the cargo to the terminal and hand the documents to your broker. The logistics rate does not change.

Where do I start if I have not chosen a supplier yet?

With a description of the product. We will find and check the factory and calculate the purchase and the delivery in a single quote — before you pay any money.
