Shipping cost calculation
Describe your cargo — we will calculate the cost and transit time and fix the rate before dispatch. A preliminary quote takes 30 minutes. After arrival the rate is not recalculated.
What to include in your request
The more precise the inputs, the more precise the figure. Four things are enough for a quote:
- The goods — what they are and what they are made of, a link or photo if you have one;
- Volume or weight — the number of packages, carton dimensions or at least an approximate weight;
- Collection point — the supplier's city or a link to the marketplace, if the goods still have to be purchased;
- Preferred transit time — it determines the mode: sea 70 days, rail 35–45, air from 10.
What happens next: a manager will contact you, confirm the details and come back with a cost and transit time calculation. The rate is fixed in writing before dispatch and is not recalculated on arrival. We explain how it is formed on the "What your rate depends on" page.
