We move LTL consolidated road cargo from China to Poland from $270 per cubic metre. Transit time is 22–25 days from our warehouse in Guangzhou to a warehouse in Poland, with a minimum shipment of one cubic metre. Where required we arrange onward delivery into Ukraine under a separate quote.
When road consolidation is the better option
LTL stands for Less Than Truckload — you pay only for the volume your cargo actually occupies, while the truck is made up of consignments from several shippers. It is the solution for anyone whose volume is too small for a dedicated truck but who does not want to wait for sea freight.
The road route wins where predictability matters: the cargo travels without transhipment at ports and without depending on vessel schedules. The journey takes 22–25 days from our warehouse in Guangzhou to a warehouse in Poland, with no intermediate legs. That is faster than sea and than rail on total transit time, and considerably cheaper than air.

The transit time is counted directly from our warehouse to the warehouse in Poland — with no separate leg for delivery to a terminal. That is exactly why road beats rail on total time even though the rate per cubic metre is higher. The minimum shipments apply to freight into Europe only. For turnkey DDP delivery into Ukraine there are no limits — we move a few cartons just as readily as a full container.
What is included
Collection and consolidation
Collection from the supplier, receipt at the warehouse, weighing, measuring and building the consignment. Checking and inspection of the goods are not included in the rate — that is a separate service.
Export declaration — charged separately
Transport documents are included in the rate. The Chinese export declaration is charged separately where one is required — we issue it even when the supplier has no export licence.
Carriage to Poland
Delivery to the agreed warehouse in Poland, with status tracking in your personal account.
Onward into Ukraine
Transit, customs clearance and door delivery — a separate service with a separate quote for your product range.

Our own infrastructure in China
Four warehouses — Guangzhou, Beijing, Yiwu, Hong Kong. The cargo is received, checked and consolidated by our own people, not by a subcontractor you have no access to.
We handle export documentation ourselves
We issue the Chinese export declaration even when the supplier has no export licence. That is the situation in which most carriers simply decline.
Fixed before departure
The rate is not recalculated on arrival. It can change only where the actual dimensions differ from those declared — and that is visible from the measurement before despatch.
Status in your account around the clock
Every package, weight, volume, photo and date sits in your personal account. There is no need to message a manager to find out where the cargo is.
