We move air freight from China to European airports from $5 per kilogram. Transit time is 3–7 days from our consolidation warehouse (CFS) in Guangzhou to the destination airport. Our regular routes are Frankfurt, Budapest, Warsaw, Vienna and Bucharest; on request we arrange delivery to any airport in Europe.

These are the lanes with our best rates and the most stable schedules. We fly to other European airports on request, selecting the route to match your deadline and budget.
What the rate depends on
The starting rate of $5 per kilogram applies to dense cargo on a regular route. What moves the final figure:
- Cargo density. Air freight is charged on volumetric weight using a divisor of 6000 — one cubic metre equates to roughly 167 kilograms. Light bulky goods cost more than their actual weight.
- Product category. Batteries, liquids, cosmetics and other cargo with special carriage rules require separate documentation.
- Season. Ahead of Chinese New Year and during the autumn peak, rates rise across the market.
- Destination airport. Regular lanes are cheaper than one-off routes.
How we work
Enquiry and quote
You describe the cargo: goods, weight, dimensions, destination airport. We give you a rate within 30 minutes.
Collection and receipt
We collect the goods from the supplier or receive them at our warehouse. We check, weigh and measure them.
Consolidation and packing
We build the consignment at the consolidation warehouse and reinforce the packing for air carriage where needed.
Export documentation
We prepare the paperwork and issue the Chinese export declaration — even if the supplier has no export licence.
Despatch
The cargo leaves on the chosen route. The status is visible in your personal account.
Arrival
Our agents meet the cargo at the destination airport and hand it over to you or to your broker.
What the air freight rate includes
Receipt and preparation for despatch
We receive the goods at our warehouse, weigh and measure them and prepare them for carriage: packing for freight, building the packages, transport labelling.
Collection of the goods — or a direct run to the airport
We collect the cargo from the supplier or from any warehouse. If you confirm the packing is sound, we take it straight to the airport, skipping our warehouse to save days.
Carriage to the destination point
The carriage itself, with a full set of transport documents, to the agreed airport, port or warehouse.
What the rate does not cover
The export declaration in China is charged separately where one is required. Checking and inspection of the goods is a separate service. Import customs clearance, duties and taxes in the destination country and delivery from the terminal to the address are also separate. We can take all of it on and will price it for your cargo.
Why our transit times are shorter
We hold direct partnership agreements with a number of airlines and priority booking on a range of flights. That means one simple thing: when the cargo is ready, we do not join the general queue for the next available aircraft — we book space on a priority basis.
The second thing that saves days is the cargo's route to the airport. If your supplier has packed the goods correctly and you confirm it, we do not bring them into the warehouse at all: we take them straight to the airport for the next departure. If the packing needs work, or several suppliers have to be combined into one consignment, we receive the goods at the warehouse, prepare them and despatch them.
In either case we work to cut transit time as far as it will go: we select the earliest flight and the route that genuinely saves days rather than simply looking shorter on paper.

Our own infrastructure in China
Four warehouses — Guangzhou, Beijing, Yiwu, Hong Kong. The cargo is received, checked and consolidated by our own people, not by a subcontractor you have no access to.
We handle export documentation ourselves
We issue the Chinese export declaration even when the supplier has no export licence — the situation in which most carriers decline. The service is charged separately from the freight rate.
Fixed before departure
The rate is not recalculated on arrival. It can change only where the actual dimensions differ from those declared — and that is visible from the measurement before despatch.
Status in your account around the clock
Every package, weight, volume, photo and date sits in your personal account. There is no need to message a manager to find out where the cargo is.
