The transit time runs from departure to arrival, excluding production of the goods and the time needed to assemble the shipment at the warehouse in China.
How the cargo reaches Kyiv
Sea cargo enters Ukraine through the ports of Odesa and Chornomorsk, and where necessary through Gdańsk or Constanța. Rail cargo runs through the Małaszewicze border crossing in Poland and arrives at a terminal; air cargo is processed after landing. Road transport from China takes 22–25 days to Poland plus another 3–5 days to Kyiv — 25–30 days in total. In every case the cargo then goes through customs clearance and travels on to Kyiv by road.
After clearance we deliver to your address in Kyiv — to a warehouse, a shop or a pick-up point. Collecting the cargo from the terminal yourself is equally possible if that suits you better.
What it costs
The cost is made up of the international freight rate, customs payments and delivery within Kyiv. We calculate the exact rate for your specific cargo and fix it before departure — it is not recalculated on arrival.

What we cover beyond transport
If you have not yet found a supplier, we will find and vet the factory. If the goods need paying for, we transfer funds to China and, where required, finance the purchase from our own funds. We assemble the consignment at our own warehouses in Guangzhou, Beijing, Yiwu and Hong Kong, and inspect, repack and label it there.
We handle customs clearance ourselves, or deliver the cargo to the terminal for your own broker — the logistics rate does not change as a result.
